The Home Depot Reynosa

Most complete hardware store in the city. They have some if the Milwaukee Packout tool boxes almost same price as US build your tool box system st your paste and needs.

We asked multiple guys to help us buy a cabinet. They said ok, and then walked off and never came back. We had the money and wanted to pay now. Not one person has the responsibility that they needed. My wife is Mexican and spoke to them in Spanish so I know that they understood. So we went to A store called Coppell and they were vary happy to help.

Haven't been on all the HomeDepot in Mexico, unfortunately my experience on this store was soo unpleasant. NO ONE knows the sales and offers on the website even though is the Home Depot Mexico. VERY confusing policies regarding free shipping and free installation. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HOME DEPOT. Support the local hardware stores.

Very poor customer service. Most of employees were just chilling around and when asked for items they gave me vague answers. Didn't help me find the correct item I needed and had to figure it out all on my own. I know that's the Mexican way but totally disappointed about home depot customer service.
